Filters

What is filters ?

Filter allow you to retrieve data based on conditions.Here,user can set filters based on their requirements and retrieve data.

How user can set filters ?

  • Click on the Add button to add filters

Filter allow you to retrieve data based on conditions

  • Select the Object in the first drop down

Based on the type of the object it will show you the comparison in the next drop down

  • Provide the value to be compared in the next drop down

For Selected objects there may be predefined values that can be selected . You may not want to enter the Value to filter

  • In the Max Results you can enter the maximum results to be displayed in the sheet

How to delete filters ?

To delete the filters, please click on the trash icon

  • After clicking the trash icon, the row of filters will be deleted
  • It can be done further,according to user's requirement
